Jess came to me to have her Permanent Eyebrows done as her natural eyebrows lacked shape and definition. On a regular basis Jess would daily wear a strong black eyeliner to colour her eyebrows in as dark as she could so we tattooed the eyebrows a dark brown blocked powder finish which is softer than her regular pencil but a much more wearable day to day colour, it also enabled us to give her a more defined structured shape.
